\nMonday evening,  June
\n9, 2014   (First post of this travelogue)<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nWell we got home from Iowa on Friday and I flew to New
\nOrleans on Sunday.  I am currently
\nstaying at the Wingate hotel in Houma (map)<\/a>.  This trip is do
\nteach a shaft alignment class at the BP training headquarters.  It is a two day class and I fly home tomorrow
\nnight.  <\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThe BP training facilities are fantastic.  The building appears to be very new and  training rooms are very well equipped.  They provide free a buffet breakfast and lunch
\nfor the folks attending the training classes (several going on at once).  <\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThere are five students and they are really great to work
\nwith.  This is the second shaft alignment
\nclass I have taught with the new laser alignment equipment.  It makes a huge difference in the quality of
\nthe class.  Besides that, the student
\nlove to play with our new \u201ctoy\u201d.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nLast night and tonight I have eaten Cajun food (I am in the heart of Cajun country). 
\nSunday night was an OK tourist type place, but tonight another instructor
\nand I went to a well known local restaurant (1921 Seafood bar (link)<\/a> ).  I tried the
\nboiled Crawfish (see photo below) and it was great.  I also had two (!) bowls of fantastic \u201cAfter
\nthe Boil Soup\u201d which is kind of a seafood gumbo.  YUM! 
\nAnd I am not a seafood lover!<\/div>\n

\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThat is all for now (been up since 3:00 and getting very
\ntired).<\/div>\n
