1986 IHC Toterhome for sale



Truck:

  • Model S1954
  • 154,000 miles
  • 275x85x24.5 tires (Front tires are NEW).  Rear tires are Bandag caps (80 % tread) and are about  ten years old
  • Air suspension front and rear (custom made in front, kit in rear)

Motorhome:

  • Motorhome is 12 1/2 feet long by 8ft 5 inches wide  (interior is almost 8 ft tall) plus a queen size bed over the cab
  • Frame of motorhome is 1.5 inch square steel tubing and 3 inch channel for the floor
  • Insulation is sprayed urethane
  • Floor is insulated
  • Upholstered walk-through
  • Fantastic Fan (brand name) over the bed (has automatic close feature for rain - makes for great sleeping on all but the hottest nights)
  • Polyethylene water tanks:   fresh:  65 gal.    Gray:  45 gal.    Black:  28 gal.

  • 2500 Watt Trace inverter with 6  golf cart batteries (lots of 110 volt capacity without plugging in or running the generator)

  • Marine type breakers for both 12 and 120 volt systems (great looking and work fantastic)
  • 4KW Honda gas generator Model EV4000.  This is an air-cooled 3600 RPM unit mounted in the bay.  It is a bit noisy and can be marginal at high altitudes when running the AC and other power consumers.  It was recently serviced by an authorized dealer.
